What information should I include in my first message?
A short description of your business, the problem you're trying to solve, any timeline or budget constraints, and the best way to reach you. That's enough for us to prepare a meaningful first call.
Do you sign NDAs before the first call?
Yes. Send us your NDA template — or use ours — and we'll return a signed copy before we discuss anything sensitive. We routinely work under NDA with enterprise clients.
Can I speak with an engineer, not a salesperson?
Absolutely. Every new inquiry is reviewed by a senior engineer or consultant before we respond. You'll be talking to the same people who would deliver your project.
Do you work with clients outside Albania?
Yes. We deliver projects across the EU and MENA regions, and we're fully GDPR-compliant. Our engineers work in CET-friendly time zones and are comfortable with async collaboration.
Is there a minimum engagement size?
